Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in a perfect spot near the old town of Puerto del Carmen with a great location close to the old harbor. The rooms offer comfort and cleanliness, and the service is friendly. However, the dining experience may not cater to everyone's tastes with mostly the same options daily. The facilities are decent, but some elements like entertainment and bar service could be improved.
The hotel was quite big, the drinks on the all-inclusive package were good, but we had to ask for clean towels on Sunday after arriving on Thursday. The room was small, which was a bit of a downside.
I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was basic but clean with a great view and a complimentary bottle of fizz, which was a nice touch. The service, however, left much to be desired as it seemed like the staff were more focused on making a profit rather than providing good service. The location was ideal, close to the bus stop and the marina, offering good value for money. The dining options were subpar, leading me to eat out for breakfast multiple times. Overall, the hotel offered some positives but also had its drawbacks.
